Antarctic Peninsula
Our voyage was based on visit to various sites of the Antarctic Peninsular. First stop was Deception Island, which is a flooded volcanic caldera. The most recent eruptions were in 1968. It was snowing when we went ashore but quite interesting to see a secondary crater and quite dramatic black and white terrain.
